 Raw Hair orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping

duration.

Virgin Hair orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, this is for our Straight, Body Wave and Exotic Curly Textures in colour 1B.

Kinky Straight, Yaki Straight and Jet Black Bundles processing time is 4 business days.

 

Shipping:

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 4-5 working days at a cost of £5.99.

DPD/DHL International delivery: 7-10 working days at a cost of £34.99.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Raw Hair:

Please note that our Raw Indian Curly Bundles are sold in their natural state, not with a tight curl pattern. Texture and colour for each bundle may vary as this is single donor hair.

Hair originating from Asia is typically thinner than hair from South East Asia.

Curly hair appears shorter than straight hair due to shrinkage and the curl pattern.

We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 16 to 20 inches. Bundles 22 inches and above 4 bundles is advised for a fuller look.

 

Customs Fees and Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the products and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. Please be aware that any unpaid customs fees may result in the return of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment of these fees to avoid delays or returns. Please note the total fee for Customs is based on the order value.

No Return Policy:

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products. We prioritise the quality and cleanliness of our products and to ensure the highest standards. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase. Faulty or Incorrect Orders:

In the event that there is an error with your order i.e missing or incorrect items please email info@by-rachael.com. For any damaged items please email info@by-rachael.com for this to be rectified. We strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and will work to resolve any concerns promptly.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may only be cancelled on the same day they are placed. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after this time. If your cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be issued within 3-7 working days. We aim to process refunds promptly. Please note that once an order is processed beyond the same day, it is considered final and non-refundable.
