Book An Appointment
Please read all terms and conditions before booking.
Based in London, Deptford.
Appointments are available to book on the 20th of each month at 7pm.
All appointments require a non-refundable £20 deposit. In the event your appointment is cancelled by myself your deposit will be refunded.
Remaining balance to paid in CASH.
There is a NO plus one policy.
To reschedule your appointment please allow at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, the same deposit can be used once to reschedule.
No shows will be blocked from the system and unable to book in the future.
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
If you are running late to your appointment please contact via text or email.
There is a 10-minute grace period, after this time a £10 fee will be applied. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
All hair must be dropped off 4 days before your scheduled appointment, please ensure the following is included: name, date/time of appointment & head circumference. An additional fee will be added for hair that is received late.
PLEASE NOTE: By Rachael Hair will not be liable for any lost packages. If you are sending hair via post it is advised you use the 1st class or tracked service.
We accept HD, Swiss and Transparent Lace. Thick laces are not accepted.
Poor quality lace may result in the appointment being cancelled as this does not allow a flawless finish.
If you are unsure of what specific lace to purchase please contact via email.
Any issues with the service received please email info@by-rachael.com within 48 hours to get this rectified. Please ensure you provide photo evidence of the issue.
If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment, you'll be able to reschedule once using same deposit.
