Order Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping
duration.
Shipping:
Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 4-5 working days at a cost of £4.99.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Orders made by 1pm: at a cost of £9.99.
DHL/FedEx International delivery: 7-10 working days at a cost of £29.99.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Customs Fees and Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the products and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. Please be aware that any unpaid customs fees may result in the return of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment of these fees to avoid delays or returns.
No Return Policy:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products. We prioritise the quality and cleanliness of our products and to ensure the highest standards, all sales are final. Faulty or Incorrect Orders:
In the event that there is a fault with your order or an error on our part, we will offer a partial refund for affected items. Cancellation Policy:
Orders may only be canceled on the same day they are placed. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after this time. If your cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be issued within 1-2 working days. We aim to process refunds promptly and efficiently.
